I've stayed several times as I worked and explored Oregon in 2022. Marianne is so accommodating and down to earth. The place is comfortable and a great rest stop for travellers.

Fascinating amenities and sparkling clean hostel. You will be amazed by the quality of hospitality and how homey the hsotel is. 7-eleven is only 2 min walk, there are plenty of parkings. I will definitely stay here if I pass through the city.Hats off the owner and keep it up.

First off, don’t let the cheap price make you think this place is anything less than 5 stars. It’s more like 6 stars on a 1-5 scale. The owner is super nice, the place is super clean, super friendly, excellent WiFi, right on 101, next to Safeway and gas, 7-11, etc. I’ve only been in a few hostels and I thought the cheap price would be a dive but it isn’t. You will enjoy your stay, guaranteed!

Very nice place and Marianne is a great host. I only had to pay $34/night during Memorial Day weekend! Amazing. Check out this place on Airbnb. That's where I found it. The hostel is also within walking distance of Old Town.

We have stayed here a couple times now abs it’s awesome. The lady who owns it is so sweet and there are things in the kitchen for everyone. She keeps breads for toast and milk and cereal for everyone...plus, there’s a fridge for you too keep your things in. Everyone we have met that’s staying there has been super nice as well!

Comfortable, charming, and conveniently located. I stayed last weekend, and was pleasantly surprised by the experience. None of the potential drawbacks of hostels, just a clean, comfortable, quiet place to stay. The owner has sweated the details to give the place a charm beyond just the basics. I will look for excuses to stay here again.

A great place to stay the night. Very clean, excellent WiFi, kitchen has lots of amenities and a fridge for your things, a very cozy living room area to relax and hang out as well. There's a shared bathroom/showers area but personally only a minor inconvenience especially considering how reasonably priced it is to stay here. A great location in Florence, my second stay here and will definitely be coming back the next time I need to stay in town!

Perfect for me and my husband who were touring through Oregon on our bikes. Lovely host. We were looking for a place to stay and she just happened to be at the house as we arrived, and we booked right then and there. Although generally I believe you are supposed to book through Airbnb. The house was clean and homey, I loved the selection of free breads for guests to use.

Lovely hostel for a great place. Stayed here for one night and had a great time. Very clean, nice rooms, shared and private bathrooms. Host was very nice and provided us with bread, cereal, coffee, tea, and milk for breakfast.

Clean, had the private alley cat room. Only needed the space because my folks' place has been remodeled and there's no space there, so this was reasonably priced. I didn't use any amenities, I was in late at night and out by breakfast to be at my folks' place. So for my experience it was perfect. Nice to have a hostel in Florence! I hope it lasts, I used to work in all the tourist spots growing up, and one thing I remember were a lot of cyclists coming through every summer. I know if I was a cyclist coming through I would definitely stay here. Cheers!
